Our Methodology

Phase 1 Consultation

Building strong relationships with our clients is important to us. Phase 1 is about getting to know each other. We explain our general approach and how we operate. We will discuss project scope and share ideas. We will talk about time planning and have a high-level discussion on costs.

Phase 2 Strategy

We share a high-level overview of our approach to your project and explain the shop drawing process. We will discuss budget scope, floor plans and shop drawings. We will give an accurate cost and time schedules.

Phase 4 Production

Products and materials will be ordered. Some, identified in Stage 3 as having long lead times, may have already been ordered. Shop drawings progress to draughtsmen who will produce detailed drawings for manufacturing. Joinery is cut, edged drilled and assembled.

Phase 3 Documentation

Phase 3 is about locking down finishes and budget, with detailed design and design approval. Shop drawings are approved and signed off. We will check the availability of materials and products, and associated lead times. Value engineering may be applied.

Phase 5 Installation

We work closely with site managers and other trades to reduce downtime and ensure tight time frames are well coordinated. Using up to date technology and mobile devices, we can view schedules on the spot, and communicate between sites and personnel rapidly, no matter where we are.

Phase 6 Sign Off

Throughout delivery and installation, Inspection Test Points (ITP) are managed proactively. Any defects are detected and rectified during the installation phase. At the end of the project the final inspection and handover is a simple and quick process.

Phase 7 Post Completion Services

An Operation and Maintenance manual (O&M) provides care instructions, with requirements for ongoing maintenance and servicing, and details for all products and finishes. Because we know you are busy moving in, we provide professional photographs of your completed fit out – as our gift to you.
