RSL LifeCare is a charitable organisation caring for over 7,500 residents in 25 retirement villages and 26 Aged Care Homes across NSW and the ACT. Aspen were engaged by Axiom Projects to manufacture and install joinery and wall panelling for the project in North Sydney. Spread across 3 levels, the 2100m² space successfully brings the outdoors inside through large floor to ceiling windows, indoor plants and multiple wood grains to create an inviting place to work.
Team collaboration was a key focus in the joinery, which was achieved through multiple break out areas, booth seating, collaboration whiteboard screens and informal meeting benches. The result is a welcoming space where attention to detail has created a functional and collaborative environment for the team.
