Coca-Cola Amatil
As one of the largest bottlers of ready to drink beverages in the Asia-Pacific region, Coca-Cola Amatil required an office space that would align with their company values and create moments of happiness. Aspen was engaged by Unispace to fit out 5 levels of flexible office space. Embracing a spacious open plan layout, a variety of working styles are provided for staff including dedicated desks, agile work-point tables and booth seating alcoves, encouraging team collaboration whilst providing quiet rooms for privacy when required. As an occupied space, the project was spread over 5 stages to provide minimal disruption to staff. This required detailed planning and collaboration between teams to ensure on-time and defect-free delivery was achieved.
A designated client floor includes routered lobby wall panelling, an impressive concrete reception desk, community bar and sweeping harbour views, providing a welcoming and inspiring space for staff and clients alike.
