10 Shelley Street

10 Shelley Street building upgrade included concierge desk, lift lobbies, servery, amenities and rooftop outdoor seating. The concierge desk is constructed with black powder-coated stainless steel, Ebony polished marble, and a Forbo desktop; a striking joinery feature against the backdrop of marble walls. On Level 21, rooftop joinery provides an open air facility for occupants. The outdoor seating is constructed from steel frame, outdoor bench seat slats hinged for cushion storage below. The sheer size of the seating called for a dramatic delivery where the joinery was craned up the side of the building and onto the roof-top. On Level 16, a striking servery was constructed from welded steel, Calcutta marble, and stainless steel work benches. The finished result is a striking upgrade and functional space for occupants of 10 Shelley Street.
