Overview

The refurbishment of 1888 Hotel in Pyrmont was an impressive transformation. Aspen worked with SHAPE Group Australia to supply custom joinery that brought Luchetti Krelle’s concept and colour palette to an impressive reality. We worked with a range of unique finishes to bring this project together, including polished brass sheet metal and brass mesh on the bar, speciality shaped brass end caps to communal tables and boardformed concrete to the reception desk. Together the Aspen and SHAPE teams were able to complete the project smoothly allowing the hotel to remain operational throughout the course of the refurbishment. A classy blend of quality timber veneers, polished brass accents and exposed timber beams give the hotel an air of welcoming sophistication, a pleasing result.
