Occupying 1400sqm in the top 2 floors of the newly upgraded Southbank Boulevard, Mirvac’s focus for their new office was to provide an area that adequately provided for both staff and client’s needs through numerous working spaces, state-of-the-art facilities, and a welcoming, residential aesthetic.
Manufacturing all Joinery and Wall Finishes throughout the space, Aspen worked alongside MPA as well as Mirvac’s internal design team to bring to life the overall emphasis on encouraging collaboration. Custom Joinery included the Concierge Desk, Barista Bar, Boardroom and Office Joinery, Storage and Display Units, Kitchenettes and Utilities, Lockers, and Wall Panelling throughout.
