Launch Housing
Aspen collaborated with Shape and Gray Puksand on the Launch Housing project, a community organisation providing homelessness services to disadvantaged Victorians, to design their Collingwood Hub.
The brief called for an inspiring space that reflected the organisation’s values and culture while uniting their teams into a cohesive, agile workspace. The design creatively used colour to evoke the architecture, landscape, and textures of Victoria. Terracotta tones were reminiscent of local brickwork, bursts of vibrant hues echoed the iconic Collingwood mural, while blue shades represented the Alps, and earthy tones were inspired by the Yarra Park walks.

The agile workspace is thoughtfully organised by function, incorporating collaborative areas, phone booths, nooks, and quiet rooms to accommodate the need for confidential conversations. Staff can book spaces according to their privacy needs.
Launch Housing’s workplace highlights the project team’s commitment to eco-friendly design and cost-efficient sustainability.
